Our customer will be allowed to overdraw the account up to a specified amount to bridge gaps in cash flow and working capital. Repayment is usually from account receivables and cash flows from the customer’s business. Interest is charged on daily overdrawn balances.

Mandate Card

An authorised mandate card should be provided by the account holder.

Reference Forms

Two(2) duly completed suitable reference forms.

Passport Photographs & Identification

Recent passport photographs and valid ID's for each signatory of the account

KYC Form

One completed Know Your Customer (KYC) Form

Memorandum & Particulars of Directors.

Board Resolution

A fromal board resolution from the cooporation ust be presented.

Certificate of Incorporation

A Certificate of Incorporation issued by the state government.

Utility Bill

Any utility bill issued within the last three months before the application
